Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to return part or all of the order are not eligible for return.

2. Return Request Procedure

Upon approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier or fulfillment partner, which may be located outside your country of residence (including China).

Returns that are sent without prior approval may not be processed.
3. Refunds

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate solution will be offered.
